Team members and multi-user collaboration

NuromBoard lets a team work around the same project and whiteboard. Agree on member roles and editing boundaries before you start, and use comment threads during the session to keep the discussion context.

A collaboration setup that works for teams

Put long-term material in the project, hold specific discussions on the relevant whiteboard, and track open questions in comment threads. That way the decision process is still reviewable after the session ends.

Steps

  1. 1
    Invite team members

Invite collaborators from the team or project member entry, and confirm they are signed in to the right account.

  2. 2
    Assign suitable permissions

Choose edit or read-only access for the task; read-only works for reviews and presentations.

  3. 3
    Edit content together

Several people can add, move, and change elements on the same whiteboard; keep important decisions in comments.

  4. 4
Organize the outcome at the end

Clear out temporary content, confirm the handling status of comments, and save the final whiteboard to the project.

FAQ

How do we reduce conflicts when several people edit at once?

Divide the work by area or task in advance so two people are not dragging the same element, and confirm important changes in a comment first.

Do comments use the same permissions as canvas editing?

Commenting also requires signing in with edit permission; read-only or anonymous visitors can only view.
