Projects, folders, and whiteboard management

Projects are the container for long-term work in NuromBoard. Keep the whiteboards, notes, PDFs, assets, and exports on one topic inside a single project, and finding things and collaborating later both get easier.

A recommended way to organize

Create projects by project, course, client, or research topic, then use folders to separate phases, material types, or team roles. Whiteboards are for thinking and collaborating; files are for long-term archiving.

Steps

  1. 1
    Create a project

Go to the projects area from the workspace and create a topic project you can reuse over time.

  2. 2
    Set up folders

Create folders by phase or content type, such as assets, meetings, plans, and archive.

  3. 3
    Move and organize content

Put whiteboards, notes, PDFs, and related material in the right place to keep the project context complete.

  4. 4
    Use recents and favorites

Jump back to work quickly with recents, favorites, or the project entry for content you use often.
